"Rank" column, you are on the waiting list, and the number in the "Rank"
column shows your position on the waiting list.  If you wish to receive a
refund and be removed from the waiting list, call, write or email.  Those 
remaining on the waiting list will receive a refund after the event, or you may
opt to apply your money to the 2012 event.  

Our refund policy: cancel at least 2 weeks before event - full refund, later than
that, refund if we can fill your spot.

Confirmed entrants will receive an informational letter or email 2-3 weeks before event
with final details.
